Brierley Hill
Anglican: St Michael
A large red brick church first consecrated in 1765 when it was a chapel of ease to KIngswinford. Extended in 1823 and 1837 it became a separate parish church in 1865. The tower was rebuilt in 1900.
The ecclesiastical parish was within the Diocese of Lichfield until transferring to Worcester in 1994.
The civil parish was part of Staffordshire until amalgamation with Dudley in 1966.
