Brockmoor
Anglican: Brockmoor, St John
St John’s stands in a large churchyard to the west of Brierley Hill centre. It was built in 1844/45 to the designs of Thomas Smith. The exterior is unusual, being of purple bricks, with yellow brick dressings, in a curious neo-Norman style. The spacious interior was much re-ordered in the 1990’s to make it a versatile building for community use.
The church is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10 and 12.
